Terms & Conditions Policy for Lessons & Clinics

 

Payment is due for sessions/lessons upfront or on the day.

 

Cancellation of a session/lesson must be within 24 hours.  If you cancel later than this notice period, you will be required to pay the full price of the lesson.  Cancellation of full day clinics booked are non-refundable as stated in this policy.

If you arrive late for your scheduled session, your trainer/operator will be unable to extend your finish time due to other booked sessions or commitments elsewhere.  You will receive your coaching for the remaining duration of your allotted time.

 

Terms & Conditions are in place for safety and fairness.  If you do not agree and accept to these terms, you will be unable to book and attend  lessons/sessions/clinics at Mr Ed’s Eventing Centre.

 

It is your responsibility to read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions prior to booking.  When you book at Mr Ed’s Eventing Centre, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions set out in this policy.

Disclaimers:  You are requested to complete a disclaimer, please ensure that it is completed in full and in good time.  You must agree to our terms and conditions for insurance purposes.  Clients attending clinics will be made aware if there is a need to complete any other disclaimer and how.
